Hyderabad · Rooted in Cardiac Excellence

CARE Hospitals, Hyderabad

A multi-specialty healthcare network that evolved from a dedicated cardiovascular center.

About the Hospital

From a Dedicated Heart Institute to a Multi-Specialty Leader

CARE Hospitals was established in 1997 by cardiologist Dr. Bhupathiraju Somaraju as a dedicated cardiac care unit before expanding into a multi-specialty network across several Indian states. The flagship Banjara Hills unit features 435 beds, including 120 critical care units.

The network preserves its deep clinical focus on heart care — performing thousands of interventional and surgical heart procedures annually — alongside full-spectrum oncology, nephrology, and gastroenterology programs.
