Pricing

Transparent Pricing, No Hidden Fees

The cost depends on the complexity of your medical situation, the amount of analysis required, and the level of support you need. Below are three levels of service.

Basic

From Uncertainty → to a Clear Plan

Free

No charge — with one condition: a detailed questionnaire instead of a "just checking" phone call.

  • Reviewing your situation and identifying the key request
  • An overview of possible directions and options
  • Outlining the most sensible sequence of next steps
  • Practical guidance and points of reference going forward
  • We answer questions by email / DM

We take on a limited number of cases each month — the form helps us understand who we can help before scheduling a call.

How this works: the detailed questionnaire with medical details is sent only via a secure link — created individually after first contact and valid for 48 hours.

What's Not Included in the Price

An Honest Look at What You Pay for Separately

The price of the level you choose covers our work: finding options, organizing, and supporting you through the process. It doesn't include the cost of treatment itself at the hospital, flights, visas, or accommodation for accompanying family members — these costs are paid directly to the hospital or service providers and are clearly outlined in the option comparison beforehand.

What Shapes the Complexity of a Case

  • Diagnosis and disease stage, and the scope of treatment required
  • Any co-existing diagnoses that require coordination between specialists
  • Urgency based on medical indications
  • The extent of tests already completed and the need for further diagnostics
  • Coordination needs — accompanying family members, language barrier, logistics
  • Specific preferences regarding hospital, specialist, or country of treatment

Chaos ends where navigation begins.

Let's start by understanding your particular situation.
