Patient Consent.

Consent for OVYRAN's information and coordination services.

General provisions

1. Purpose of this consent

I understand that OVYRAN is an independent information and coordination service.

I understand that OVYRAN may receive, organize and communicate information and documents that I voluntarily provide in connection with my enquiry.

This consent concerns the handling and coordination of information. It is not consent to medical diagnosis, treatment, surgery, medication, or any other medical intervention.

2. Information I may provide

Depending on my enquiry, I may voluntarily provide:

  • personal identification and contact information;
  • medical reports and other healthcare-related documents;
  • diagnostic or laboratory information contained in those documents;
  • information concerning previous or current medical care;
  • other information relevant to my organisational enquiry.

I understand that I should provide only information that is reasonably relevant to my enquiry.

3. Use of my information

I understand that information I provide may be used by OVYRAN to:

  • understand the information contained in the materials I provide;
  • organize and structure those materials;
  • summarize information contained in documents;
  • identify publicly available information relevant to my stated enquiry;
  • communicate with me about the enquiry;
  • assist with non-medical organisational coordination;
  • communicate with healthcare institutions or other organisations where I have requested or authorized such communication and where an appropriate legal basis exists.

4. No medical decision by OVYRAN

I understand that OVYRAN is not a doctor, hospital, clinic or medical institution.

I understand that OVYRAN does not:

  • diagnose medical conditions;
  • determine whether a treatment is medically indicated;
  • determine whether a patient is medically suitable for a particular treatment;
  • prescribe medication;
  • determine a treatment plan;
  • provide a medical prognosis;
  • make a medical decision on my behalf;
  • replace the advice or professional judgment of my treating doctor or other qualified healthcare professional.

Any medical diagnosis, treatment decision, medical recommendation or clinical conclusion remains the responsibility of appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.

5. Information concerning healthcare institutions

I understand that OVYRAN may provide or organize publicly available information concerning hospitals, clinics, medical centres, doctors, treatments, procedures, facilities or other healthcare-related matters.

The inclusion of a healthcare institution in information provided by OVYRAN does not by itself mean that OVYRAN endorses, recommends or guarantees that institution.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, references to healthcare institutions should not be understood as evidence of a formal partnership with OVYRAN.

6. My decisions

I understand that I remain responsible for my healthcare decisions.

I understand that information organized or communicated by OVYRAN is intended to assist with understanding and coordination, and is not a substitute for medical advice.

Before making a medical decision, I should discuss the relevant matter with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

7. Communication with third parties

Where I request or authorize OVYRAN to communicate with a healthcare institution or another organisation on my behalf, I understand that information relevant to that communication may be transmitted to that organisation.

As OVYRAN coordinates processes involving hospitals located in India, I understand and agree that information I provide, including medical documents, may be transferred to organisations located outside my country of residence, including India, to the extent necessary for the purpose for which it was provided.

I understand that OVYRAN will not intentionally disclose unrelated personal or medical information merely because it has been provided to OVYRAN.

8. Voluntary consent

I understand that providing information to OVYRAN is voluntary.

I may decide not to provide particular information. However, I understand that withholding information may limit what OVYRAN can do in relation to my enquiry.

Where processing is based on my consent, I may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting privacy@ovyran.com, subject to applicable law and to any consequences that may reasonably follow from withdrawal.

9. Acknowledgement

By clicking "I agree", I confirm that I have read and accept the terms of this consent (version v1.1, dated 22 September 2026) and the applicable OVYRAN Privacy Notice.

I understand that:

  • OVYRAN provides information and coordination services, not medical treatment;
  • OVYRAN does not make medical decisions for me;
  • information concerning healthcare institutions does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement or medical recommendation;
  • my healthcare decisions remain mine and should be made with appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.
