The decision on treatment strategy remains with the doctors on the receiving end — our job is to make sure the information gets there quickly and in a clear form.
Once the hospital responds, the patient receives a tentative plan for the visit: approximate timing, the list of documents needed for the visa, and the overall trip logistics.
